With over 25 years of experience as a trainer and coach, Shawn has helped athletes of all levels improve their fitness and achieve meaningful results. He has successfully coached everyone from beginners taking their first steps into training to high-level Olympic athletes.

An accomplished triathlete with more than two decades of competitive experience, Shawn brings both deep technical knowledge and real-world insight to his coaching. His expertise lies in Endurance and Triathlon Coaching as well as Personal Training.

Whether your goal is to get back in shape, improve performance, or cross the finish line of an Ironman, Shawn works closely with each client to define clear goals and create a personalized training plan that fits your lifestyle.
