Personal Training:  As a Trainer and a Coach Shawn has helped many athletes get in shape and reach their goals. He has coached beginners to high level Olympic athletes. He is an accomplished triathlete with over 20 years of experience and the knowledge required to help others reach their goals. His focus is on Endurance/Triathlon Coaching and Personal Training. Whether you are looking to get back in shape or finish an Ironman, Shawn will help you to define your goals and map out the best techniques and training schedule to fit your life. (Vanguard clients: membership is required)

ONLINE ENDURANCE COACHING

USAT: Certified Triathlon Coach Level 1 at the USA Olympic Center since 2003

Triathlons and Endurance sports are a popular trend in the fitness world today. Whether you’re training to just finish an event or want to get a new PR, my program will help improve your fitness and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time.

COACHING

Strength Training : Shawn's experiences in fitness training include a focus on Core Training. Online Strength program includes, weekly schedule, nutrition help, unlimited phone call, emails, detailed training program. Using Trainer Friend Software

Consultation: 

60 minute Swim, Bike, or Run video Analysis, Sports Nutrition, Daily Nutrition, Meal Prep.

Please give a 24-HOUR NOTICE if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. (full amount of session will be charged). I understand that sometimes an emergency situation may arise when an advanced notice is not possible. In this instance, please give notice as soon as you are able and I will do my best to reschedule your session.  24 hour policy.
